Details of the Job/Internship

CLAWW (Chanchlani Law World) is hiring a Junior Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and internal notes.
• Assist senior associates and partners in litigation strategy, court appearances, and client interactions.
• Manage case files and corporate matters, ensuring adherence to procedural timelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years PQE.
• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognised university with strong academic credentials.
• Valid Bar Council registration.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and use of legal tech tools like Manupatra, SCC Online, and E-Courts portals.
• Preferred: Dual exposure in litigation and corporate law, additional certifications in ADR or corporate practice.

Salary/Stipend

₹3,00,000/- to ₹5,00,000/-
