Details of the Job/Internship

CLAWW (Chanchlani Law World) is hiring a Junior Associate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and internal memoranda.
• Support seniors in litigation strategy, briefing, court appearances, and client interactions.
• Manage multiple litigation files and corporate matters simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and timely case management.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
• Valid Bar Council registration to practice law in India.
• Strong research, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Manupatra, SCC Online, MS Office, and court portals.
• Willingness to commute to the job location and work on-site.

Salary/Stipend

₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.
