Details of the Job/Internship

D. Bhardwaj Law Chamber is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Junior Associate will assist in legal drafting, case law research, preparation of legal documents, and management of case files. The role also involves assisting in courtroom proceedings, providing strategic legal support, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and working closely with senior members of the legal team and clients while maintaining high professional standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal drafting and preparation of pleadings and documents.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Maintain and manage case files and documentation.
• Assist senior advocates during courtroom proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal assistance under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and professional standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case analysis.
• Familiarity with civil, criminal, corporate, constitutional, and commercial laws.
• Effective written and oral communication and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in legal documentation and courtroom practices.
• Prior experience or internships in litigation-based practice will be an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
