Details of the Job/Internship
Dela Rosa & Casilla Law is hiring a Junior Associate to join its office in Makati. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting of legal documents, case preparation support, client representation under supervision, and coordination with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and timelines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and reports.
- Support senior attorneys in handling cases and client matters.
- Attend meetings and represent clients under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and procedural timelines.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of legal research methods, legal terminology, and legal drafting.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks independently under time constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bar admission in the Philippines.
- Prior experience in litigation or legal consultancy is advantageous.
