Details of the Job/Internship
DHCO India LLP is hiring a Junior Tax Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in tax and commercial litigation to join their team in Nagpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.
- Handle matters in the High Court and lower courts involving tax and commercial laws.
- Manage scrutiny assessments and appeals related to direct and indirect taxes.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
- Liaise with tax departments and relevant authorities.
- Handle arbitration proceedings before the MSME Facilitation Council.
- Maintain and update records of all litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Chartered Accountant or CA Final appeared candidates preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in tax and commercial litigation.
- Strong legal knowledge, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Must have prior experience in taxation matters.
- Candidates seeking a long-term role with a vision for growth within the firm.
