Details of the Job/Internship
DJS LEGAL is hiring a Junior Associate to join their team in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide analytical support for ongoing cases.
- Draft various legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare detailed case briefs and summaries for senior attorneys.
- Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and legal agreements.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients regarding case status.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable legal procedures and court protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to provide end-to-end support for client matters.
- Utilize legal software and technology tools to streamline research and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; an LLM is considered a plus.
- Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and commercial contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting firm deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a law firm or relevant legal practice.
