DJS Legal is hiring a Junior Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The position involves supporting senior legal professionals through legal research, drafting, case preparation, contract review, compliance assistance, and coordination with clients, while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support senior legal professionals by conducting legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents and assist in preparing case strategies.
- Review contracts and agreements.
- Maintain and manage case files and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in legal compliance matters.
- Support the team in resolving legal disputes or queries.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in legal research and analytical thinking.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, documentation, and contract review.
- Familiarity with legal compliance, case management, and client coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience or internships in a legal setting is an advantage.
