Eagle Law and Equity LLP is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in case management, research, and drafting legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law,statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare and review legal pleadings, motions, and briefs attorneys.
• Attend court hearings and trials with senior.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve case goals and objectives.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized law school.
• At least 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player witha positive attitude and strong Work ethic.

Salary/Stipend
