Enviro Oil Savers Association (EOSA) is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct intensive and non-negotiable legal research.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, legal notes, and memoranda.
- Provide support on corporate transactions and strategic advisory work.
- Assist with international and cross-border projects.
- Take ownership of work from research through to final documentation.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), including relevant law firm internships or chambers work.
- Strong research and structured writing skills.
- Experience in drafting legal documents is preferred.
- International moot court experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and professional discipline.
