Equilibrio Advisory LLP is hiring a Junior Associate – Legal to join its remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and assist in drafting documents related to gender laws and workplace safety.
• Support training, advocacy, and awareness initiatives under POSH compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for advisory assignments.
• Contribute to legal writing, communication, and report preparation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with remote working.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Interest in gender laws, POSH, and social or humanitarian work.
