Indite Law is seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate with Kannada Proficiency to join theirr dynamic team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance and support in corporate and real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence pertaining to corporate transactions, property acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in negotiations and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities on legal matters.
• Handle documentation and filings related to corporate transactions, property transactions, and regulatory approvals.
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the corporate and real estate sectors in Karnataka.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Karnataka.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in corporate and real estate law, preferably with a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proficiency in Kannada language is essential.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adherence to high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
