Details of the Job/Internship
Jain Law Offices is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Associate to join them at their office in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers in legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.
- The role involves appearing in court, liaising with clients, and supporting multiple legal proceedings.
- The Junior Associate will also play a key role in real estate law matters by conducting thorough research, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Legal Research and Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and Case Management.
- Strong Communication and Client Liaison skills.
- Experience in Real Estate Law and Compliance.
- Ability to appear in Court and handle legal proceedings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
