Kiran Mayee Law Firm is hiring a Junior Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Support client consultations and case preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.
- Attend court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Proficiency in client consultations and legal support.
- Understanding of litigation procedures and court processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in India.
- Membership in a State Bar Council is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and write Kannada.
