Details of the Job/Internship
KMNP Law is hiring a Junior Associate for a full-time, on-site role. The position involves assisting in litigation and advisory work by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing case briefs, supporting senior advocates, attending court proceedings, and assisting with compliance and cross-border legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents and prepare case briefs.
- Assist senior advocates in litigation and attend court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients and support case strategy development.
- Ensure compliance and assist with cross-border legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized institution with enrollment with the Bar Council of India or an appropriate State Bar Council.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indian laws and judicial and quasi-judicial processes.
- Experience in litigation or law firm settings is preferred but not mandatory.
