Details of the Job/Internship
Kothari Legal Services is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Pune office. The role involves assisting in litigation, conveyancing, and corporate legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters related to conveyancing, banking laws, and title verification.
- Assist in litigation before NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forums, Arbitration, and Civil Courts.
- Prepare legal drafts, pleadings, and reports.
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical support in ongoing cases.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience in litigation and corporate legal practice (freshers with strong research and drafting skills may also apply).
- Acquaintance or experience in Conveyancing, Banking Laws, Title and Search Reports, and litigation before NCLT, DRT, Consumer, Arbitration, and Civil Courts.
- Good command over English or Marathi language.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic, professional conduct, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Full-time commitment and dedication.
