KRP Law Firm is hriring a Junior Associate to join their office in Greece.
Role and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in drafting commercial contracts in English and knowledge of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Eligibility
- Educational Background: A post-graduate degree in commercial or international commercial law is required.
- Skills: Exceptional drafting skills in English, with a focus on commercial contracts.
- Experience: Familiarity with domestic and/or cross-border acquisitions, mergers, and corporate transactions is highly desirable.
