Details of the Job/Internship

Law Chambers of Adarsh Ramanujan is hiring a Junior Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in civil and/or commercial litigation to join its office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle IP litigation, general litigation, arbitration, IBC/company law litigation, and regulatory litigation.
• Assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case briefs.
• Appear before courts and tribunals, including High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and City Civil Court.

Eligibility

• Law graduate enrolled with any Bar Council in India (preferably Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry).
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in civil and/or commercial litigation in the Madras High Court.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, written communication, and court procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and preferably Tamil.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
