Role and Responsibilities

• Assist and appear in civil and criminal cases before various courts and tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare court pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
• Coordinate with clients and manage documentation.
• Participate in arbitration and revenue authority matters.
• Support senior advocates in case preparation and hearings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent research and drafting skills.
• Preference for candidates residing along the Western line of Mumbai.
