Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Offices of Aditya Trivedi is hiring for the position of Junior Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Draft and review pleadings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Assist in court appearances, hearings, and client meetings.
- Support in case preparation, evidence collation, and file management.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on corporate transactions and litigation strategies.
- Maintain effective client communication and ensure timely updates.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in case management and court procedures.
- Knowledge of corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior internship or professional experience in legal practice is preferred.
