Details of the Job/Internship

LawbyAlladi™ is hiring a Junior Associate with at least 1 year of litigation experience and mandatory Bar registration to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research using platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon.
• Draft suits, writs, bail applications, rejoinders, notices, and other legal documents.
• Attend proceedings in Trial Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and High Court.
• Coordinate filings, case documentation, and client communication.
• Observe, prepare, and assist in oral arguments and submissions.
• Report to and learn from Senior Partners and mentors.

Eligibility

• Mandatory Bar registration.
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence, discipline under pressure, and attention to detail.
• Professional etiquette and teamwork skills.

Salary/Stipend
