Details of the Job/Internship
LawByAlladi is hiring a Junior Associate with at least 1 year of litigation experience and mandatory bar registration. The role involves legal drafting, court appearances, research, and client coordination under the guidance of senior partners.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, etc.
- Draft suits, writs, bail applications, rejoinders, notices, and other legal documents.
- Attend proceedings in Trial Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and High Court.
- Coordinate filings, documentation, and client communication.
- Assist in arguments and oral submissions.
- Report to and be mentored by senior partners.
Eligibility
- Mandatory bar registration.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Ability to think critically and write clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Team player with strong work ethic and time discipline.
Salary/Stipend
