Details of the Job/Internship

Mandgi Associates is hiring a Junior Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join its litigation team in Bengaluru. The role involves handling a diverse caseload of litigation matters and assisting senior advocates across various courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend court proceedings on a day-to-day basis.
• Draft legal documents including applications, memos, evidence, and petitions.
• Conduct legal research.
• Communicate and liaise with clients.
• Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
