Details of the Job/Internship
Minnal & Minnal is hiring a Junior Associate with an LLB degree to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and statutory analysis.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, and related materials.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Assist in intellectual property cases including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with clients regarding legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and statutory analysis.
- Experience in contract drafting, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with litigation, dispute resolution, and advocacy.
- Proficiency in handling intellectual property matters.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- LLB degree and Bar Council enrollment required.
- Prior internships or experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
