Details of the Job/Internship

Mukul Sharma and Company, Advocates, is hiring a Junior Associate with nascent to minimal litigation experience to join their office in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and briefs.
• Attend and assist in court hearings before the High Court of Delhi, DRT, and District Courts.
• Coordinate with clients and manage case files.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Nascent/minimal litigation experience acceptable with strong interest in litigation.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
