Palladium Legal is hiring a Junior Associate Lawyer with post-qualification experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal support and expertise to clients.
- Conducting legal research.
- Managing cases and drafting pleadings, agreements, and contracts.
- Representing clients in court proceedings.
- Contributing to the firm’s internet presence and content.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or LLM in Law from a reputable and recognized university or college.
- Minimum post-qualification experience of 1 to 2 years.
- Maximum post-qualification experience of 4 to 5 years in a law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian law, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation is a plus.
- Working experience in debt recovery and consumer litigation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability for autonomous thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong competency in researching and writing legal papers for website content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Showing aptitude, commitment, discipline, and drive to become a team leader.
- Good references.
- Fluency in English and Marathi; Hindi is a plus.
