Details of the Job/Internship

PC Mittal Law Offices LLP is hiring two Junior Associates on a retainer basis to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and the preparation of legal opinions.
• Contribute to drafting speeches, articles, and books.
• Support the firm during domestic and international arbitrations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with exclusive retainership terms, including restrictions on independent assignments, filing Vakalatnamas, or appearing in legal forums independently.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognised university (5-year/3-year).
• Fresh graduates (graduating batch of 2023–2025) to four years of PQE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
