PJ Law Offices is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Ernakulam, Kerala. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate and financial matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
• Assist the senior team in corporate advisory and litigation matters.
• Support legal documentation and case preparation.

Eligibility

• LLB degree and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
• Knowledge of corporate law, insolvency, and financial restructuring.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Exposure to FinTech, alternative investment funds, and litigation preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam and collaborate with the team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
