Details of the Job/Internship

Pride & Justice Associates is hiring an Associate with 3-4 Years of experience in litigation to join its on-site team in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for day-to-day court proceedings.
• Handle litigation matters independently from initiation to conclusion.
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, briefing notes, and hearing notes.
• Prepare for hearings, including final arguments.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Delegate legal research, drafting, and court assignments to junior associates.
• Follow up with junior associates and mentor them regularly.
• Address operational and legal issues faced by junior associates.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 3–4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Prior experience in client handling is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
