Details of the Job/Internship
RHINE LEGAL is hiring for the position of Junior Associate to join their office in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in litigation, family law, and criminal matters.
- Conduct legal research and support drafting of legal documents and case briefs.
- Contribute to dispute resolution and general corporate advisory services.
- Assist with IP filings, prosecution processes, and trademark/litigation management.
- Support POSH-related compliance work, including training and documentation.
- Engage with clients, attend court proceedings, and support in compliance-related advisory.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Interest in dispute resolution, corporate law, and compliance matters.
- Familiarity with POSH law and workplace compliance preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal internship environment is an advantage.
