Details of the Job/Internship

RPLC-Rane-Pingle Law Chambers is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Legal Associate with 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file criminal complaints, bail applications, and FIR responses.
• Appear before police authorities, magistrate courts, and tribunals.
• Coordinate with forensic and cyber investigation experts.
• Prepare case summaries, cross-examination notes, and trial bundles.
• Support compliance advisory on economic offences and data theft.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (5-year or 3-year course) from recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in criminal practice.
• Strong drafting and court presence.
• Must submit 2 reference letters from senior advocates or clients.

Salary/Stipend

First Month: Assessment Period (based on assignments & court work). From Second Month Onwards: ₹3 lakh per annum onwards (negotiable based on calibre and competency).
