Details of the Job/Internship
RR Law Offices is hiring a Junior Associate with 1-4 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role in Noida or Delhi. The role involves drafting and analyzing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing advisory services, and representing clients in legal proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and analyze legal documents.
- Conduct research to support legal strategies and case preparation.
- Provide advisory services to clients.
- Prepare legal briefs.
- Attend court hearings.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Strong skills in drafting and analyzing legal documents.
- Excellent legal research abilities.
- Preferably prior experience in corporate law, insolvency, real estate, and regulatory matters.
- Prior experience in representing clients before NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court of India.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a boutique law firm is a plus.
