Details of the Job/Internship

S Jalan & Co is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 2 to 7 years to join their office in Kolkata for Documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in drafting legal documents related to real estate transactions, corporate matters, and other areas as required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and regulations in all documentation.
• Assist in conducting due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
• Liaise with clients to understand their specific legal requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with our legal team to contribute to the success of various legal projects.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Bar Council.
• Proven experience of 2-7 years in litigation (for Junior Associate Litigation) or documentation (for Junior Associate Documentation).
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
