Details of the Job/Internship
Samvidhaan Attorneys@Law, is hiring for the position of Junior Associate to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in case management and legal strategy formulation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and notices.
- Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory provisions.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and legal protocols.
- Support the firm’s work in restructuring, insolvency, commercial contracts, and IP matters.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.
- 0–2 years of experience in litigation or commercial legal practice (freshers with internships will be considered).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Familiarity with litigation processes, court procedures, and commercial contracts.
- Effective communication skills—both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
