Samvidhaan Attorneys@Law is hiring a full-time Junior Associate for its Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on assigned matters.
- Draft legal documents and review documentation.
- Assist with litigation-related work and case preparation.
- Manage client communications and prepare reports.
- Support arbitration and conciliation proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in legal research, analytical thinking, and critical evaluation.
- Strong legal drafting, writing, and documentation review skills.
- Knowledge of insolvency, bankruptcy, and litigation processes.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, agreements, and intellectual property law.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Prior internship or practical legal experience is an advantage.
