Role and Responsibilities
- The Junior Associate will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to litigation, commercial contracts, intellectual property disputes, and arbitration under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- The Junior Associate will be required to dedicate time to practice development.
Eligibility
- Legal research and writing skills.
- Knowledge of commercial law and intellectual property law.
- Experience in handling arbitration and conciliation matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Degree in business management and commerce.
- An internship or work experience in a law firm is a plus.
