Settle Legal has an opening for a junior lawyer at their Vashi (Navi Mumbai) office, for handling contract reviewing/drafting and trademark matters. 

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will have to actively work on drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and agreements forming part of commercial transactions, due diligence, corporate matters, compliances, etc. 

Eligibility

Candidates having post-qualification work experience of 1 - 2 years will be preferred.
