Details of the Job/Internship
S&N Legal Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Junior Associate with 0–1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their office in Jangpura, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, and miscellaneous legal applications.
- Conduct thorough legal research on case laws and statutes relevant to ongoing litigation.
- Assist senior advocates in courtroom proceedings and briefing sessions.
- Manage case files and ensure the timely filing of documents with court registries.
- Coordinate with court clerks and administrative staff to track case statuses.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in developing a career in litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Jangpura, New Delhi.
