Details of the Job/Internship
SPJ Advocates & Co. is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and submissions.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Assist senior lawyers in litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Manage and maintain case files and legal documentation.
- Support in advising clients on various legal matters.
- Represent clients in judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings when required.
- Contribute to case strategy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council is required.
- Strong skills in legal research, documentation, and drafting.
- Knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Understanding of corporate law, intellectual property law, and real estate regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under strict deadlines.
- Prior work experience in corporate law or a legal firm is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
