Details of the Job/Internship

SRK Legal is hiring for the position of junior associate to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting with criminal cases, civil suits, arbitrations, negotiations, and various legal matters handled by the firm on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Criminal Law and Civil Law.
• Experience in handling negotiations and arbitrations.
• Understanding of National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal processes.
• Familiarity with Securities Exchange Board of India Regulations and Consumer Disputes.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Intellectual Property Rights is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
