Details of the Job/Internship

SRK Legal is hiring a Junior Associate with 2–3 years of experience to work on-site at their Mumbai office. The role focuses on Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) litigation and involves assisting in legal research, drafting, and litigation before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, and other High Courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research and assist in drafting case briefs, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions related to criminal and IPR matters.
• Provide litigation support for cases before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, and other High Courts.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with clients.
• Ensure procedural compliance throughout legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Criminal Law and IPR matters.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and judicial procedures, with the ability to interpret statutes and precedents.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and documentation, including petitions, affidavits, and pleadings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi.
• Must reside in Mumbai or elsewhere in Maharashtra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Bar Council registration is mandatory.
