Details of the Job/Internship

S.S Law Chamber is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Advocate to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing assistance to senior advocates.
• The Junior Advocate will also be expected to liaise with clients, prepare case summaries, present arguments in court, and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Legal Research and Drafting.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of legal procedures and court processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in civil, criminal, or corporate law is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software.

Salary/Stipend

Stipend :- 5,000 - 10,000/-
