Details of the Job/Internship
Sud & Sud is hiring for the position of Junior Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, and legal briefs for trial and appellate forums.
- Assist in the preparation of case strategies and trial documentation.
- Attend court proceedings and support senior counsels in trial and pre-trial stages.
- Liaise with clients, coordinate documentation, and manage timelines.
- Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and court deadlines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized law school; enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Strong command of legal drafting and research methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under strict timelines.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth.
- Prior litigation experience or exposure to trial advocacy will be an advantage.
Salary/Stipend
