Details of the Job/Internship

Swamy Associates is hiring for the position of Junior Associate with upto 1 year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including appeals, replies, and opinions.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and advisory work.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for updates, documentation, and case management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest or prior exposure to indirect tax law is a strong advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of tax litigation and advisory.

Salary/Stipend
