Details of the Job/Internship

The Emphasis Law Office is hiring junior advocate to join them in Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting documents, preparing case summaries, attending court proceedings, and supporting senior associates and partners in their casework.

Eligibility

• Legal research, document drafting, and case summary preparation skills.
• Experience in attending court proceedings.
• Knowledge of Real Estate, Corporate, Family, Commercial, and Insolvency Laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Membership in Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
