Details of the Job/Internship
The Emphasis Law Office is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, legal notices, contracts, and opinions.
- Assist seniors in preparing briefs, case summaries, and documentation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals under supervision.
- Attend client conferences and prepare case updates.
- Maintain case files and coordinate with clerks and registry.
- Stay updated with legal developments, case laws, and amendments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed university.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (freshers with strong profiles may be considered).
- Legal drafting and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with litigation procedure in Delhi/NCR courts is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple matters and work independently.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to professional excellence.
