Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Codes is hiring a Junior Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram and Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers with legal research, documentation, and drafting.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Review legal documents and prepare case summaries.
- Attend client meetings and assist with client interactions.
- Support courtroom proceedings and hearings.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on various legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate, civil, or criminal law.
- Strong drafting, research, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
