Details of the Job/Internship
The office of Abhinav Singh is hiring a Junior Associate with experience in litigation to join their office in Chamber No. 392, Block-II, Delhi High Court.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and various other legal pleadings.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse points of law and precedents.
- Assisting in court proceedings and making appearances before the Delhi High Court and other forums.
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is prepared for judicial scrutiny.
- Coordinating with senior counsel to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Tracking court listings and ensuring timely filings as per procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- LLB Graduate from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of court proceedings and procedural laws.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for legal drafting.
- Strong legal research skills with an ability to analyze complex cases.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to a litigation-focused career.
- Ability to join immediately.
