Details of the Job/Internship
The PIPA is hiring a Junior Associate with strong legal research and drafting skills to join their hybrid team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct intellectual property research and analysis.
- Draft legal correspondence and documents.
- Prepare and file legal forms and applications.
- Assist senior associates with case management.
- Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow.
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in legal document preparation and filing.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus.
