Details of the Job/Internship

Trident Law is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Jabalpur. The role involves exposure to a wide range of legal matters across various courts and tribunals, offering insight into the interplay between law offices and client organisations. The firm prefers candidates who are patient, committed to long-term growth and learning, and possess an excellent command of legal English (both spoken and written).

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of general laws as well as special laws such as the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013; Employees’ Provident Fund Act, 1952; and the SARFAESI Act.
• Handle matters across multiple courts and tribunals including the Supreme Court, District Courts, CGIT, CAT, and DRT.
• Assist in legal work involving coordination between the law office and client organisations.

Eligibility

Law graduation/under-graduation.

Salary/Stipend
