Details of the Job/Internship

T&S Law is hiring a Junior Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Capital Markets or ECM transactions to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review offer documents such as DRHP, RHP, Prospectus, and abridged prospectus.
• Advise issuers on SEBI ICDR, LODR, and Companies Act compliances.
• Conduct and review legal, financial, and business due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate Offer Agreements, Underwriting & Syndicate Agreements, and Registrar MoUs.
• Coordinate with issuers, auditors, BRLMs, SEBI, and stock exchanges.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Capital Markets or ECM transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of SEBI and Companies Act regulations.
